Order processing

We prepare and hand over orders to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Croatia: 1–3 business days.

European Union: 3–7 business days.

Rest of the world: 5–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, because of customs clearance or courier delays outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders within the European Union above the free shipping threshold shown in the bar at the top of the website are shipped free of charge.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by the authorities of the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

Damaged or missing parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please write to us within 14 days of delivery at info@ajsluxury.com and attach a photo. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.
