14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Conditions

Products must be unused, unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products whose seal or protective packaging has been opened after delivery cannot be returned.

Please include proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.

How to return

1. Write to us at info@ajsluxury.com with your order number and the products you want to return.

2. After our confirmation, send the parcel to: Milla Cosmetics, Krapinska ulica 61, 10298 Donja Bistra, Croatia.

3. Pack the products well so they are not damaged in transit. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refund

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the amount within 14 days to the original payment method.

Faulty or wrong product

If you received a damaged, faulty or wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the full amount, including shipping.
