Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is AJS Luxury FZCO, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence no. 63259. Contact: info@ajsluxury.com.

Data we collect

Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and order details.

Payments: processed directly by our payment and store provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.

Reviews: name, optional email and any photos you upload.

Business enquiries: the details you enter in the contact form.

Website use: technical data such as browser, device and pages visited, and the settings described in our cookie policy.

Why we use your data

To process and deliver your orders and handle returns (performance of a contract).

To send our newsletter and offers, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To reply to your messages and business enquiries.

To keep the website secure and improve it (legitimate interest).

To meet legal obligations, for example accounting and tax rules.

Who we share data with

We share data only with partners who help us run the shop: our store and checkout provider Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies, our email service provider and our website hosting provider. They process data only on our instructions.

Some providers are located outside the European Union. In such cases, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Order data is kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To use your rights, write to info@ajsluxury.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or the authority in your country.
